How leasing works
1. Tour
Schedule a showing, or ask for a video walkthrough if you are out of town.
2. Apply
Online, about ten minutes. Photo ID, proof of income, rental history.
3. Sign and move in
Electronic lease. Deposit and first month through the portal.
Pre-leasing runs early in Starkville.
If you are targeting an August move-in, look between September and November — most of the
good inventory is committed by spring.
